Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the website at guidos.ai or our software services ("Service"), you enter into a legally binding contract with Guido Commission Guard.

If you are registering on behalf of an insurance agency, brokerage, corporate entity, or team, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

Guido grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software during your active subscription. Our capabilities include:

• Commission schedule & rule engine
• Carrier statement & report parsing
• Discrepancy and chargeback detection
• Multi-agent role-based workspace management
• Financial analytics and audit export tools
• Automated payout notification workflows

Guido reserves the right to modify, enhance, or deprecate non-essential features with reasonable notice to maintain platform reliability and security.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your account.

Agency administrators can assign role-based permissions (e.g., Owner, Admin, Manager, Agent). Account owners are responsible for all activities and data actions performed by users authorized under their workspace.

Subscription Rate: Access to Guido Commission Guard is provided on a monthly subscription model ($100/month USD or custom enterprise rate).

Payment Processing: Billing is securely handled via Stripe. By entering payment details, you authorize automatic monthly recurring billing until you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click in the Billing Settings. Your dashboard access remains active through the end of your prepaid billing period. No cancellation penalties or hidden fees exist.

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable for partial months once billed, except where required by applicable law or determined under special circumstances by customer support.

You own your data: All insurance policies, commission statements, carrier spreadsheets, and payout histories uploaded to Guido remain 100% your property ("Customer Data").

Confidentiality: Guido treats all Customer Data as strictly confidential trade secrets. We never sell, rent, broker, or train public AI models on your proprietary commission or client numbers.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to compromise platform stability.
• Upload fraudulent or knowingly malicious files designed to bypass security controls.

Guido is a productivity, calculation, and reconciliation assistant. You remain solely responsible for validating your legal, financial, and tax records before filing returns or executing payroll. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guido shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
