At Guido Commission Guard (guidos.ai), we treat insurance agency records with absolute confidentiality and bank-grade encryption. We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your commission statements, policy numbers, or financial metrics.
1Information We Collect
A. Account Details
Name, agency business name, email address, encrypted authentication hashes, and optional phone numbers.
B. Commission & Insurance Policy Data
Files, spreadsheets, CSVs, and carrier statements you upload containing policy identifiers, premium figures, carrier payouts, and commission percentages. This data is stored strictly to execute audit algorithms for your agency.
C. Payment & Billing Data
Subscription payments are tokenized and processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Guido does not store raw credit card numbers.
2How We Use Your Data
We process your data exclusively to:
- Reconcile carrier statements against your expected commission schedules
- Identify underpayments, missing payout splits, and chargeback anomalies
- Send critical notifications regarding subscription status, security, and alerts
- Provide customer support diagnostics when authorized by you
- Protect the platform against malicious activity and fraud
3Data Security & Encryption
We implement strict physical, organizational, and technological security controls:
All network communication is protected by HTTPS with industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic suites.
Databases, backups, and statement storage repositories are encrypted with AES-256.
4Cookies & Session Storage
We use strictly necessary HTTP-only authentication cookies to maintain your login session and secure your workspace. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising tracking cookies.
5Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your commission and statement data for as long as your workspace remains active.
Upon account termination or written request, all associated customer records and uploaded statement files will be permanently purged from our production databases within 30 days.
6Your Rights (CCPA, GDPR & Data Portability)
Regardless of jurisdiction, all users enjoy the following rights:
- Data Export: Export your full commission records and dispute logs in CSV/Excel formats anytime.
- Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal and agency data.
- Rectification: Correct or modify any inaccurate user information in your settings.
